IT Infrastructure Architect (TOGAF Certified)

About the role

We are looking for a visionary IT Infrastructure Architect to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of our enterprise‑grade infrastructure. You will translate high‑level business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions and ensure seamless integration across on‑premise and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and evolution of enterprise infrastructure blueprints aligned with business goals.
• Produce high‑level and low‑level design (HLD/LLD) documents for compute, storage, networking and security layers.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and complex database architectures, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
• Manage integration of legacy systems with modern cloud or hybrid platforms.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure standards, documentation and best practices.
• Provide technical governance during deployment to guarantee adherence to architectural designs.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to improve efficiency, security and cost‑effectiveness.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in an architecture or senior lead role.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to convert business problems into technical requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non‑technical executives.
• Proven mentorship experience guiding engineering teams through complex migrations.
• TOGAF certification preferred; RHCSA/RHCE or Certified Kubernetes Administrator are a plus.
