Investment & Portfolio Manager – Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking an Investment & Portfolio Manager to design and deliver tailored investment and wealth management solutions for high‑net‑worth clients in Lagos. The role combines client relationship management, market research, and portfolio oversight to drive asset growth and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized investment and wealth management strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend suitable investment products.
• Monitor investment portfolios and provide periodic performance reviews.
• Research financial markets, economic trends, and investment opportunities.
• Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal investment policies.
• Prepare investment proposals, reports, and presentations for clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in investment advisory, wealth management, asset management or financial services.
• Professional certifications such as CIS, CFA, ACA, ACCA or CFP (preferred).
• Proven ability to meet business development and revenue targets.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with financial analysis tools.
