About the role

Troven Solution Services Ltd is looking for an Investment Banking / Corporate Finance Associate to support transaction execution, financial modelling and analysis. The role involves working closely with senior bankers and clients to deliver high‑quality financial advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Financial modelling and valuation
• Corporate finance and transaction execution
• Investment analysis and due diligence
• Research and market analysis
• Preparation of transaction materials and presentations
• Deal origination support
• Risk, compliance and documentation
• Collaboration with team members and stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CIS, ACA, ACCA are highly desirable
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial advisory or related areas
• Demonstrable experience in financial modelling, valuation and financial analysis
• Experience supporting corporate finance or investment transactions from origination through execution
• Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles
