Inventory Officer

About the role

The Inventory Officer will manage daily stock activities for CTL Atlantis' construction projects in Lagos. You will ensure accurate record‑keeping, timely material issuance, and smooth coordination with suppliers and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Open the store each morning, perform stock counts and reconcile with previous records.
• Receive, verify and record incoming materials against delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Process material requisitions, issue items to site supervisors and contractors, and obtain required sign‑offs.
• Conduct periodic spot checks and full inventory counts to maintain physical‑record accuracy.
• Update daily inventory logs, flag low‑stock items and raise purchase requests.
• Prepare weekly inventory summary reports covering stock levels, consumption rates and variances.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and support the Quantity Surveyor with consumption data.
• Maintain a clean, organized and secure store environment.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 12 months of experience in inventory control or material handling.
• Entry‑level qualification acceptable.
