Inventory Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Inventory Manager to lead daily inventory operations, ensure accurate stock records, and support our supply chain efficiency. The role is based in Lagos and reports to the Supply Chain Director.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily inventory activities, monitoring stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Conduct routine stock counts and periodic physical inventory audits.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for replenishment.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports and forecasts.
• Implement inventory control policies, optimize warehouse space, and reduce losses due to damage, theft, or expiry.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and procurement processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
