International Student Recruitment Officer – Remote (Nigeria)

About the role

As an International Student Recruitment Officer you will guide prospective students through every step of their study‑abroad journey, from the first enquiry to university enrolment and visa support. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work with candidates across Nigeria while collaborating with partner institutions in the UK, Canada and other destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective international students via phone, WhatsApp, email and virtual meetings, providing advice on programmes, admission requirements, tuition fees and scholarships.
• Convert enquiries into completed applications and successful enrolments, meeting monthly recruitment and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system and keep up‑to‑date with admission updates, visa policies and education trends.
• Build and nurture relationships with students, parents and partner universities, offering end‑to‑end support from application to visa assistance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in international student recruitment, education consultancy or admissions counselling.
• Strong knowledge of UK and Canadian higher‑education systems, admission requirements and application processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident speaking with students and parents.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple applications simultaneously and work independently in a target‑driven environment.
