Independent Growth Partner for Fintech Platform

About the role

Flex Finance is seeking motivated professionals to join its partner network as Independent Growth Partners. In this role you will introduce African businesses to Flex’s all‑in‑one financial operating system and help generate new customer relationships on a flexible, commission‑only basis.

Key responsibilities

• Identify companies that need operational payment, expense management, or corporate card solutions.
• Connect prospective customers with Flex’s internal sales and onboarding teams.
• Support early relationship building and create opportunities for new business.
• Leverage your existing network of finance teams, founders, and decision‑makers to drive introductions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Access to business decision‑makers in finance, procurement, or startup ecosystems.
• Self‑motivated, commercially driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in B2B sales, finance, consulting, or related fields is advantageous.
