Implementation Manager

About the role

The Implementation Manager will lead platform rollouts and drive day‑to‑day adoption of our software across multiple business units. Acting as the technical partner for local teams, you will ensure the product meets user needs and supports fleet operator clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead platform rollouts and monitor adoption across business units.
• Visit sites to observe product usage, identify gaps and troubleshoot issues.
• Translate ground‑level feedback into clear requirements for the engineering team.
• Chase deliverables, remove blockers and keep tasks moving forward.
• Test new features before release and onboard new fleet operator clients.
• Provide regular updates to the Product Owner on progress, risks and priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in implementation, customer success, product operations or technical account management within a software company.
• Proven track record of rolling out software and driving adoption.
• Strong understanding of software systems such as databases, dashboards and integrations.
• Excellent communicator with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Highly organised, proactive and willing to travel to client sites in Lagos and occasionally other states.

What we offer

• Remuneration between NGN 250,000 and NGN 330,000 per month, based on experience.
• All field travel and transport fully covered or reimbursed.
• 90‑day performance review with pathway to renewal or full‑time conversion.
