About the role
We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Personnel to join our recruitment team in Lagos. This entry‑level position will support the full employee lifecycle, from attracting talent to managing day‑to‑day HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare employment contracts and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate staff training and development programs.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and performance.
- Address employee inquiries and workplace concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
- Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Required profile
- Minimum of an OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.
