Human Resources Manager – Lagos

About the role

Accessbest Capital is looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for its growing workforce in Lagos. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management and day‑to‑day HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal and related documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance and compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate training and staff development programs.
• Maintain employee records and produce HR reports.
• Support management with workforce planning and administrative duties.
• Work with the company’s legal firm on public relations and staff matters.
• Oversee staff payroll management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in the financial services or lending industry is an advantage.
