Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Pod Premium Ltd is looking for an HR professional to manage talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, and compliance across its real‑estate and construction operations. The role will ensure smooth HR processes and uphold a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for real‑estate professionals, property managers, site engineers, sales representatives and corporate staff.
• Conduct orientation, coordinate site safety briefings and manage off‑boarding procedures.
• Address staff inquiries, resolve workplace grievances and organise employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate appraisal cycles, track KPIs, manage leave schedules and maintain personnel records.
• Liaise with finance to process monthly payroll, administer health insurance and manage commission structures.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, statutory regulations and health‑and‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in real‑estate, construction or property management.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
