HR Analyst

About the role

The HR Analyst will support HReade Limited’s recruitment, learning and development, and outsourcing projects for clients in the recruitment industry. Based in Lagos, the role involves preparing client documents, sourcing candidates, managing project timelines and contributing to HR strategy initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Research client businesses, draft pre‑engagement and project engagement documents.
• Develop job descriptions, source candidates via creative platforms and shortlist CVs using the ATS.
• Track project timelines, billable hours and maintain documentation in the company repository.
• Create interview templates, proctor assessments and provide feedback to candidates.
• Collate training needs, support consultants in customizing training materials and liaise with vendors for training packs.
• Design HR templates, prepare onboarding documents and maintain personnel records.
• Assist with social media content creation and perform ad‑hoc tasks as directed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related social science field (minimum second‑class upper).
• Approximately 12 months of relevant experience, suitable for an entry‑level candidate.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience using project management software.
