Housekeeper

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas at our hotel. The role involves daily cleaning tasks, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and reporting any maintenance issues.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds and changing linens.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, showers, sinks, and other surfaces.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean assigned areas.
• Replenish toiletries and guest‑room supplies.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, damage, or missing items and report issues.
• Report maintenance problems such as faulty lights, plumbing, or furniture.
• Clean and maintain hotel corridors, stairways, and other public areas.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and dispose of waste properly.
• Assist with laundry‑related duties as required.

Required profile

• Entry‑level applicants welcomed; previous housekeeping or hotel experience is a plus.
• Good personal hygiene and neat appearance.
• Ability to follow instructions and hotel procedures.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Honest, reliable and hardworking.
