Hotel Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Hotel Operations Supervisor will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high‑quality service and smooth coordination among front‑desk, housekeeping and other operational teams. Reporting to senior management, the role focuses on maintaining standards, handling guest issues and supporting staff performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily hotel operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate and monitor activities of front desk, housekeeping and other operational staff.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and operational standards throughout the property.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance and evaluate performance.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of operational supplies.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Residency in Lekki or nearby areas.
