Hotel Manager

About the role

Staffora Global is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations at its Marina property in Lagos. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Ensure high‑quality customer service and resolve guest complaints professionally.
• Supervise, train, and motivate hotel staff to maintain performance standards.
• Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and overall financial health of the hotel.
• Prepare budgets, control expenses, and optimize profitability.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate marketing and sales initiatives to boost bookings.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in hotel management or a comparable leadership role.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and industry best practices.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in financial management and budgeting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
