About the role

We are seeking a Home Appliance After‑Sales Technical Supervisor to lead our after‑sales service team in Lagos. The role involves overseeing technical support, ensuring timely repairs, and maintaining high customer satisfaction for home appliance products.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage after‑sales technical support and service operations for home appliances.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical faults in consumer electronics.
• Coordinate repair activities, maintenance schedules, warranty claims and service delivery.
• Monitor customer service quality and ensure timely complaint resolution.
• Prepare technical reports, service documentation and operational updates using computer systems.
• Train and guide technicians on troubleshooting procedures, repair standards and customer handling.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools and technical materials.
• Maintain service quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in home appliance electronics and after‑sales service.
• Strong knowledge of home appliances, consumer electronics and service operations.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and team‑management abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
