Healthcare Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Healthcare Administrator to manage day‑to‑day operations at our Lagos facility. The role involves overseeing budgets, records, and staff schedules while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor budgets and prepare financial reports.
• Maintain medical and staff records, including patient admissions and insurance data.
• Track medical and office supplies stock.
• Create and manage work schedules for staff members.
• Record expenses and suggest cost‑saving measures.
• Respond to queries from doctors, nurses, and patients.
• Liaise with medical staff to identify operational efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical law.
• Understanding of medical terminology.
• Experience with administrative and accounting procedures.
• Familiarity with databases and spreadsheets.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Effective communication with a problem‑solving attitude.
