Health Service Officer

About the role
The Health Service Officer will support the efficient operation of our medical facilities in Lagos. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate clinical and administrative activities to ensure high‑quality patient care and compliance with regulations. You will act as a liaison between medical teams and support services, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and patient experience is continuously enhanced.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day logistics of clinics, hospitals or private practices.
- Develop, monitor and control facility budgets, operational costs and payroll.
- Ensure strict adherence to healthcare laws, regulations and accreditation standards.
- Recruit, train, schedule and evaluate clinical and administrative staff.
- Collaborate with boards and medical directors on strategic planning and service improvement.
Required profile
- Minimum of an S.S.C.E (Secondary School Certificate) qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar health‑service or operations role.
