Head Sales, Growth and Market Expansion

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales, Growth and Market Expansion to lead nationwide subscriber acquisition and drive both B2B and B2C sales for QuickMed Araya, a fast‑growing healthtech company in Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute nationwide subscriber acquisition campaigns.
• Build and optimise sales and conversion funnels for individuals, SMEs, schools, cooperatives, religious organisations and corporate clients.
• Lead social‑media and digital growth initiatives across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
• Establish strategic partnerships with HMOs, pharmacies, telecoms, NGOs, employers and diagnostic centres.
• Recruit, train and manage high‑performing field sales and growth teams.
• Track and optimise KPIs such as subscriber growth, conversion rates, partnership volume, revenue and customer acquisition performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HealthTech, FinTech, Telecom, Insurance/HMO, FMCG or high‑growth startups.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition, sales growth and market expansion.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and partnership‑building abilities.
