Head of South-South Region

About the role

The Head of South‑South Region will lead strategy, business development and client relationship initiatives across the region, driving asset growth and market presence for Troven Solution Services.

• HNI, UHNI & Private Wealth Development
• Corporate & Institutional Business Development
• Client Relationship Management
• Product Distribution & Market Development
• Strategic Networking & Partnerships
• Regional Brand & Market Presence
• Investment & Market Intelligence
• Compliance & Client Governance

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline (Master's degree is an advantage)
• Professional qualification such as CFA, CIS, ACA, ACCA or equivalent is desirable
• 8–12 years' experience in asset management, wealth management, private banking, investment banking, corporate banking, institutional sales or related financial services
• 4–5 years in senior relationship management, business development or regional sales roles
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing HNI, UHNI, corporate or institutional clients and growing AUM, investment mandates and revenue
• Strong knowledge of the commercial and economic landscape of the South‑South region
