Head of Sales

About the role

Bridgemead Advisory is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead the mobilisation of CASA term deposits, drive retail and corporate growth, and position the bank among the top 20 micro‑finance banks in Nigeria. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will shape partnership strategies, develop new products and ensure profitability targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise CASA term deposits and manage market rate initiatives.
• Build and leverage a risk‑asset creation network focused on SME segments.
• Scale retail and corporate offerings including payroll lending, purchase‑order financing, asset finance, payment & collection solutions, and digital app usage.
• Design and execute partnership growth strategies with organisations and agencies.
• Identify market opportunities, develop market‑fit products and commercialise bank services.
• Deepen existing partnership relationships and explore new engagement segments.
• Prepare financial projection models for each product and achieve budgeted targets.
• Organise and attend events to showcase bank products and services.
• Represent the MD in strategic and marketing discussions and ensure attainment of business and profitability budgets.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, partnership management, strategy or related fields.
• Proven client relationship management and market research capabilities.
• Strong business reporting and analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication abilities.
• Experience preparing executive‑level or board reports.
