Head of Sales and Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing functions, drive growth, and strengthen our brand in the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet company targets.
• Lead, supervise, and manage the sales and marketing team.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and business growth initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Oversee marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
• Coordinate promotional activities and brand‑awareness campaigns.
• Develop pricing and market‑penetration strategies.
• Train and mentor team members to improve productivity and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Proximity to Ojodu Berger is required.
