Head of Finance

About the role

The Head of Finance will lead the financial function of a fast‑growing quick‑service restaurant organization. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape financial strategy, ensure compliance, and drive performance across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgeting processes, and business performance metrics.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and financial reporting operations.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue assurance, cost management, and overall financial health.
• Lead ERP implementation, financial process improvement, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or MSc is a plus.
• Chartered Accountant qualification (ICAN, ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 6 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial strategy, ERP systems, tax compliance and financial reporting.
