About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Business to lead our retail, fashion and FMCG operations in Lagos. You will shape strategy, drive commercial growth and ensure operational excellence across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies that deliver sustainable revenue growth, profitability and market expansion.
• Lead commercial initiatives across retail, wholesale, e‑commerce and emerging sales channels.
• Identify new opportunities, partnerships and expansion projects to strengthen market position.
• Oversee retail operations, merchandising, inventory, supply chain and customer experience to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control and monitor key financial metrics.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Maintain strong relationships with global brand partners, vendors and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience with at least 15 years in business leadership within retail, fashion or FMCG.
• Proven track record of delivering sales, margin and profitability targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market insights into growth plans.
• Excellent people‑management and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
