About the role

Majeurs is seeking a dynamic leader to drive the growth and operational excellence of its Academy. The Head of Academy Growth will shape curriculum quality, expand strategic partnerships, and ensure sustainable revenue streams, while leading a high‑performing team in a fast‑moving educational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead academy growth initiatives and oversee day‑to‑day operations to achieve expansion targets.
• Ensure curriculum and program excellence through continuous improvement and alignment with industry standards.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance learning opportunities and resource access.
• Provide strategic team leadership, building institutional systems that support scalability and impact.
• Drive revenue sustainability and expansion by identifying new business models and funding sources.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of senior leadership experience in education, training, or creative operations.
• Proven track record of building or scaling programs or institutions.
• Strong operational, partnership, and execution capabilities.
• Passion for creativity, skills development, and social impact.
