About the role
The Kaelith Logevity Institute is seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead its nursing team in Lagos. This senior nursing position oversees clinical operations, ensures high‑quality patient care, and drives compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support the nursing team.
- Coordinate clinical schedules and staffing.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
- Monitor patient flow to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
- Maintain clinical quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the CMO and multidisciplinary teams to improve service delivery.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife (RN/RM) with a BNSc.
- Current NMCN registration.
- Minimum of 4 years' clinical nursing experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or nursing leadership role.
- Experience in a private hospital or premium healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
