Hair Stylist

About the role

We are looking for a talented Hair Stylist to join our salon in Lagos. The role involves providing a full range of hair services, from consultation to styling, ensuring each client leaves satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their hair care and styling needs.
• Wash, cut, style, braid, relax, treat, color, and maintain hair as required.
• Recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care treatments.
• Apply hair treatments and products safely and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment.
• Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques, and industry developments.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage appointments and client records.
• Promote salon products and services while adhering to salon policies and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE qualification.
• Professional hair styling training or certification is an advantage.
• Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, or Beautician.
• Strong knowledge of hair care, styling, and treatment techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced salon environment.
