Graduate Trainee Technical Support Engineer

About the role

The Graduate Trainee Technical Support Engineer will assist in the installation, servicing and maintenance of industrial printing and power systems while gaining the technical expertise required to become a full‑time Technical Support Engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and maintenance of industrial printing and power equipment.
• Support troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Participate in technical training sessions and help execute support projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Strong interest in technical support, industrial printing and power systems.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively within a technical team.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN 150,000 and NGN 200,000.
