Graduate Trainee Intern – Marketing & Business Development

About the role

This Graduate Trainee Intern position offers a hands‑on opportunity to support marketing, branding and business development activities within a dynamic travel and education consulting firm. The role is ideal for an NYSC Corps Member eager to apply academic knowledge in a real‑world setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing, branding and promotional campaigns.
• Support management of social media platforms by creating and scheduling engaging content.
• Develop marketing materials, presentations and promotional assets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys.
• Help generate leads and engage customers.
• Coordinate events, campaigns and corporate engagements.
• Monitor social media interactions and respond to inquiries when required.
• Prepare reports on marketing activities, feedback and campaign performance.
• Provide administrative support to Marketing, Business Development and Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Current NYSC Corps Member posted to Lagos.
• Minimum HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in marketing, branding and business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Ability to create visual content using Canva.
