General Manager / Quality Control Analyst

About the role

The General Manager / Quality Control Analyst will lead the daily operations of our fashion store in Lagos while ensuring every garment meets the brand’s quality standards. This dual‑role combines store management, staff supervision, production oversight and rigorous quality control to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, staff scheduling, opening/closing procedures and store presentation.
• Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records and report performance to the owner.
• Inspect finished garments for stitching, seams, zips, buttons, measurements and overall finishing before they reach customers.
• Liaise with tailors and production teams to keep garment production on schedule and ensure proper use of fabrics and trims.
• Handle escalated customer enquiries, fittings, alterations and build lasting client relationships.
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets and analyse daily sales data.

Required profile

• Strong experience in fashion retail, tailoring or garment production.
• Proven ability to manage staff, schedules and store performance.
• Attention to detail with a solid understanding of garment construction and quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills for customer service and team coordination.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lagos and handle a fast‑paced retail environment.
