Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Product Engineer to design, build, and launch high‑performance mobile applications and scalable backend services. You will work on cross‑platform solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable backend APIs.
• Build cross‑platform mobile apps using Flutter or React Native.
• Manage end‑to‑end deployment pipelines, including App Store and Play Store submissions.
• Implement monitoring, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure to achieve 99.9% uptime.
• Switch between diverse engineering challenges such as financial encryption, real‑time geospatial tracking, and hardware integration.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of taking mobile apps from ideation to production.
• Deep production experience with Flutter or React Native and strong knowledge of native iOS/Android behavior.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or Go) and solid SQL/NoSQL database design skills.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Firebase) and configuring CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data protection, encryption, and secure authentication flows (OAuth, JWT).

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN 250,000 and NGN 400,000 (average NGN 350,000).
