Front Desk Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to welcome and attend to clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner. The role serves as the first point of contact, handling calls, appointments and general enquiries for the office.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and direct clients, visitors and guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer, screen and transfer incoming phone calls, taking messages when required.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and visitor arrivals.
• Maintain accurate visitor, appointment and reception records.
• Receive, sort and distribute mail, parcels and correspondence.
• Assist with printing, photocopying, scanning, filing and other basic administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE in banking and finance or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in front‑desk, reception or customer‑service roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional, friendly attitude.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Good telephone etiquette, attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Presentable, punctual, reliable and well‑organized.
