About the role
The Fleet Coordinator will support the Operations Manager in overseeing bus fleet operations for Annhurst Global Services Limited. This role involves managing driver payments, monitoring vehicle trackers, conducting inspections, and coordinating repairs to ensure smooth and compliant fleet performance.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and verify driver payments, chase outstanding amounts and log communications.
- Monitor bus trackers to confirm they are online and report any irregularities.
- Submit verified payments and supporting evidence through online forms.
- Conduct monthly bus inspections and new KYC inspections, uploading inspection evidence.
- Update driver details, flag problematic buses or drivers, and escalate issues to the CEO when required.
- Assist the Operations Manager with receiving, checking, and preparing new buses for service.
- Coordinate repairs and support vehicle repossession efforts.
Required profile
- Graduate trainee in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fleet operations, logistics, or vehicle maintenance.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and effective communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for inspections or field assignments.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with vehicle tracking systems and tools.
