Financial Advisor – Hybrid (Lagos)

About the role

The Financial Advisor role at Heirs Insurance Group is a full‑time hybrid position based in Lagos. You will work both from the office and remotely, meeting clients to understand their financial goals and delivering tailored financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client financial situations and develop personalized financial plans.
• Advise clients on insurance products, investments, retirement planning, and other financial solutions.
• Prepare financial reports, proposals, and conduct periodic portfolio reviews.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Heirs General, Heirs Life, and Heirs Insurance Brokers to align client needs with available products.

Required profile

• Strong financial planning and advisory expertise.
• Solid understanding of finance, investments, risk assessment, and portfolio diversification.
• Experience in retirement planning and long‑term savings strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and meet performance targets.
• Knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations and insurance products is beneficial.
