Finance Officer

About the role
The Finance Officer will support Womata E‑Shop Limited’s warehouse and e‑commerce operations in Lagos by maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling platform transactions and managing cash flow. This role reports to senior management and contributes to timely financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily bookkeeping for revenue streams, operational costs and warehouse expenses.
- Perform complex daily reconciliations of e‑commerce platform orders against payments, handling refunds, subsidies and transaction fees.
- Verify and manage daily cash flows, ensuring alignment between physical cash, digital payments, inventory and sales records.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable collection from local vendors/customers and Accounts Payable settlement for utilities, logistics and supplies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries for review by warehouse management.
Required profile
- Minimum BSc degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar finance role.
- Mid‑level professional with proven record‑keeping and reconciliation skills.
