Field Sales Representative

About the role

Ascentech is seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative to expand its footprint in the Lagos Marina area. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions for our manufacturing and warehousing products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, providing post‑sale support and customized solutions.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans and track performance using CRM tools.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing and logistics teams.
• Submit regular reports on sales activity and forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in trading or a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to travel within the sales territory.
