Field Sales Agent

About the role

Optimal Forge is looking for a motivated Field Sales Agent to drive its product sales across the Marina region. You will be the front‑line representative, engaging directly with customers to showcase product benefits and secure purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and engage potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
• Convert field inquiries and prospects into successful product purchases.
• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and communicate benefits effectively.
• Accurately record and report sales data for performance analysis.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold brand values at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Certificate (SSCE) and National Diploma (ND).
• Previous experience in offline or customer‑facing sales is an advantage.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to persuade customers and close sales.
• Confident, self‑motivated, target‑oriented.
• Capable of working independently and within a team.
• Basic record‑keeping and reporting skills.
