About the role
Digital Health Innovations Ltd is looking for a proactive Field Sales Agent to expand the adoption of its health platform across laboratories and hospitals in Lagos. You will act as the primary on‑site liaison, helping partners sign up, use the app effectively, and maintain high data quality.
Key responsibilities
- Visit laboratories and hospitals to onboard them onto the digital platform.
- Provide daily support and troubleshooting for platform users.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely submission of reports.
- Train laboratory staff on platform functionalities and best practices.
- Report field activities, flag issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain professional relationships with partners and uphold data‑privacy standards.
Required profile
- Minimum OND qualification in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
