Field Representative

About the role

The Field Representative will act as the face of Raphael Group in Lagos, visiting businesses daily to promote our recruitment services and generate qualified leads. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in business outreach, market research, and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned shops, offices and service providers across the Marina area each day.
• Introduce and explain Raphael Group’s recruitment solutions to owners and decision‑makers.
• Distribute flyers and promotional material in high‑traffic locations.
• Identify businesses with hiring needs and capture qualified leads.
• Submit daily reports detailing locations visited, contacts made and outcomes.
• Provide market feedback, common objections and insights from field interactions.
• Achieve weekly and monthly activity and lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Resident of Lagos Mainland.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage daily travel.
• Basic reporting and record‑keeping skills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer engagement or fieldwork is a plus but not mandatory.
