Field Marketing Representative

About the role

Join a fast‑growing HR and recruitment solutions firm as a Field Marketing Representative. You will drive client acquisition across Lagos Island, Ikeja and Yaba, promoting the company’s HR and recruitment services to businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through field marketing activities.
• Promote the firm’s HR and recruitment services to businesses.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
• Follow up on prospects and convert leads into paying clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business owners.
• Conduct market surveys and gather competitor insights.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Submit daily and weekly reports on field activities and client engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in field marketing, direct sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong prospecting and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of Lagos Island, Ikeja, or Yaba and surrounding business environments.
• Must reside within or close to the preferred work location.

• Base salary of ₦100,000 per month plus a 10% commission on sales.
