Field Agent – School Partnerships

About the role

Elite Scholars is a mobile learning platform for senior secondary students (SS1‑SS3) in Nigeria. We are seeking energetic Field Agents to promote our school partnership programme, introduce the platform to secondary schools across Lagos and eventually other states, and secure agreements that bring our solution into classrooms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach secondary schools as potential partners.
• Present the partnership proposal to principals, proprietors, and administrators.
• Explain pricing, funding options, and how the platform improves WAEC outcomes.
• Answer questions, handle objections, and negotiate terms within approved guidelines.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up until a school signs the agreement.
• Record all contacts, outcomes, and next steps in a clear database.
• Hand off signed schools to the onboarding team for smooth implementation.

Required profile

• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Experience in sales, business development, or field marketing (advantageous).
• Self‑driven and capable of managing a territory and pipeline independently.
• Familiarity with the Nigerian secondary school system.
• Professional, presentable, and reliable.

Required skills

• Effective verbal communication.
• Negotiation and objection handling.
• Basic record‑keeping or CRM usage.
