Fibre Sales Agent

About the role

The Fibre Sales Agent will drive sales of MTN FibreX solutions across assigned clusters in Lagos. You will engage residential, business and SME customers, build relationships, and ensure smooth installation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve MTN FibreX sales targets within designated territories.
• Present, promote and sell FibreX solutions to residents, businesses and SMEs.
• Generate leads through daily and weekend sales activities.
• Collaborate with the Fibre Development Team on pre‑sales initiatives.
• Collect customer feedback to improve service delivery.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and coordinate installations.
• Upload sales conversions, generate workflows and track installations.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights for internal reviews.
• Support cluster operations with local market insights.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, management, marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, ICT or FMCG.
• Experience in fibre broadband sales or territory sales management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets.

What we offer

• NGN 120,000 monthly salary during the first two months (probation).
• NGN 150,000 monthly salary from the third month after successful probation.
