About the role
We are seeking a female home tutor to provide daily lessons for two primary‑level students in Gbagada, Lagos. The tutor will cover basic mathematics, English language, phonics and basic sciences, helping the children catch up and prepare for the common entrance exam.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 2‑hour lessons each day, Monday to Thursday, at the client’s home (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM).
- Follow the Nigerian curriculum and design age‑appropriate lesson plans for Primary 3 and Primary 5.
- Monitor progress, identify gaps and provide targeted support to improve academic performance.
- Prepare students for the common entrance examination and reinforce foundational concepts.
Required profile
- Female tutor comfortable working in a private home environment.
- Experience teaching primary‑level pupils in mathematics, English, phonics or science.
- Reliable, punctual and able to start lessons promptly.
