About the role

The company is seeking a motivated Female Field Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition and manage relationships across Lagos. You will work directly with individuals, corporate organisations and local businesses to grow revenue for an IT & Telecoms provider.

Key responsibilities

Identify, engage and convert new clients, including individuals, corporate organisations and local businesses.
Lead negotiations, execute contracts and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and stakeholders to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
1‑3 years of sales experience.

Required skills

What we offer

Base salary NGN 70,000 – NGN 150,000 per month (visible range).
Commission on sales performance.
Salary increase to NGN 150,000 net after one month of service.
Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5 pm, Saturday 9 am‑2 pm.
Work location in Lagos (Alaba and environs).
