Fashion Production Manager

About the role
Primote Africa is seeking a proactive Fashion Production Manager to oversee daily garment manufacturing operations in Lagos. You will coordinate production teams, ensure high‑quality output, and support hands‑on sewing tasks when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day fashion production activities and supervise tailors and staff.
- Plan production schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to meet order deadlines.
- Control fabric usage, track material inventory, and minimise waste.
- Maintain strict quality‑control standards and ensure finished garments meet finishing specifications.
- Assist directly with sewing and garment construction during peak periods.
Required profile
- Proven experience in fashion production management (minimum 2 years).
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
