Facility Technician

About the role

The Facility Technician will ensure the smooth operation of all building systems and equipment at our hospitality venue in Lagos. You will be responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, and mechanical assets, as well as responding quickly to any emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
• Maintain generators, inverters, and other facility equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks on all systems.
• Troubleshoot facility‑related issues and resolve them promptly.
• Coordinate specialized repairs with external vendors when needed.

Required profile

• Technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities.
• Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies at any time.
