Facility Operation Manager

About the role

The Facility Operation Manager will lead daily operations of a hospitality property, ensuring seamless service delivery and optimal performance. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on management of staff, vendors, and guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and maintain service standards.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff across all departments.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality.
• Track occupancy, revenue, expenses, and overall operational performance.
• Address guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, or serviced‑apartment management.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and overall business operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using property management systems.
