About the role

The Executive Leadership Fellowship is a structured pathway for experienced professionals to contribute to Africa’s next generation of capital, execution, and impact platforms. Fellows will engage in executive learning, leadership clinics, and hands‑on assignments across NCDF Group’s diverse operating platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured executive learning and leadership development activities.
• Support leadership functions across digital finance, capital markets, affordable housing, healthcare infrastructure, agro‑processing, education, and PPP initiatives.
• Undertake practical platform assignments and performance‑based assessments.
• Potentially transition into senior leadership, assistant executive, platform management, advisory, or project‑specific roles within the NCDF ecosystem.

Required profile

• Professionals with experience in finance, audit, investment, capital markets, business development, partnerships, operations, project management, or PPPs.
• Experts in healthcare, housing, agriculture, education, infrastructure, digital finance, fintech, or technology.
• Diaspora talent seeking to contribute to African development.
• Senior professionals willing to grow with a transforming institution.
