About the role
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support senior management at MeritAbode Nigeria Limited, a leading real‑estate firm in Lagos. The role involves managing the executive’s schedule, handling confidential documents, and coordinating internal and external communications.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and official documents.
- Screen calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
- Prepare presentations, reports, letters, and other business documents.
- Track assignments and ensure timely execution of directives issued by management.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
- Coordinate company events, executive meetings, and site visits as required.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Conduct research and compile information to support business decisions.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Required profile
- Minimum of a BSc degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar executive assistant role.
