Estate Manager

About the role

Sunrose Consulting Limited is seeking an Estate Manager to oversee its real‑estate and property‑management portfolio in Lagos. The role involves coordinating all activities related to property assets, ensuring effective supervision, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all real‑estate and property‑management activities and develop guidelines and procedures for effective supervision of properties and assets.
• Prepare Terms of Reference, schedules and roadmaps to achieve key milestones for estate projects, and report progress to shareholders.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to create an annual business plan and produce monthly and weekly reports for the MD/CEO.
• Develop and manage project and annual budgets, and recommend upgrades, maintenance or renewal projects in line with business expansion and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and supervise estate‑management activities, including tender document preparation, contract negotiation and finalisation for new projects.

Required profile

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in a reputable real‑estate or property‑management company.
• A university degree (any discipline).
• Smart, trustworthy, honest, pleasant and trainable personality.
• Valid Nigerian driving licence is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience using databases for property‑management data.
